Return & Refund Policy

Our Promise

At Protect It, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we'll make it right. We offer a 7-day return window on all products, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Products that have been installed, peeled, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged by the customer are not eligible.
  • Custom or bulk orders are non-returnable.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
  • Please send clear photos of the defect or incorrect item via WhatsApp or email.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return window.
  • Provide your order details (name, contact number, product ordered).
  • Share photos or a short video of the product if it is defective.
  • Our team will confirm the return and provide further instructions.
  • Do not send back the item without prior confirmation from us.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account).
  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or installed screen protectors (the protective film has been peeled off).
  • Products with physical damage caused by the customer.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Products not purchased directly through Protect It.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

7. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for a different product of equal or lesser value within the 7-day window.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Contact us to confirm availability before sending back the item.
